My Coaching Philosophy

If you are an athlete seeking to reach new heights in your physical & mental performance & your actions match your intentions, you have come to the right place.

I offer high performance solutions to those who want to maximize their potential.

I don’t highlight the pros I have trained or who I have helped get to the ‘next level’ - every single person I see matters.

My philosophy is ‘the whole person.’ You are not your sport. Sport is simply a part of you.

My approach is holistic and it is possible to have fun AND work hard.

Training & practice is necessary, but not at the expense of recovery.

Your mindset and level of consistency will dictate how far you will go.

There is learning to be had all the time - I welcome all learners.

Ignore what everyone else does; the grass is green where you water it.

I offer a very unique service to my clients.

I also expect commitment. I cannot work with people who have trouble being on time, cancel frequently & don’t do their homework. I do not care how little you know about training. This is my job!

As a “Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)” I can assist in the following areas:

  • High performance exercise prescription centered around speed development and injury prevention.

  • On-field/court speed & plyometrics coaching.

  • Exercise-based rehabilitation (ACL).

What is Mental Performance Coaching?

The mind needs coaching just as much (if not more) than the body does. This is where Coach Bott’s unique skill set comes in. She has completed graduate work in Sport Psychology and well as the Unbeatable Mind Program that allows her to offer mental performance coaching to her clients of all ages and levels.
